*By ordering you agree to all terms of service. 

 

*Suits designs will be denied if they don't follow these rules- The fursona or character must have a reference sheet that shows front, side and back view. They must also include or have art of their inner mouth, paw pads and any extra parts that are wanting to be made.

 

*Changing the character- Once progress on your fursuit has started changes to your characters design cannot be changed. Small changes can be made like how long you want your tail, but those changes will result in raising the cost of your suit so I can get what I need to make such adjustments. Those small changes have to be requested BEFORE I start working on what you request adjustments on. Do not hesitate to ask for changes. I am a very nice fursuit maker and tell you if I can or cannot make such changes and why. If I can make said changes I will tell you how much extra that change will cost if it cost anything.

 

*Refunds- I do not do refunds due to the fact that most of the money goes towards what I need to make the suit. For obvious reasons once those things are purchased, such as fur, foam and anything else, I cannot get the money back. So be sure you can pay off the suit. I don't send anything unless the suit is paid in full including shipping. Deposits are non refundable. If you wish to cancel you willing agree to forfeit the deposit.

 

*Updates- I send updates of the suit as much as possible to make that the suit meets your expectations. Remember that I do try my best to make every suit look great so try not to be harsh. I can change things like fur length, but please do remember style wise the suit will be made in my unique style. Updates can be sent by email, Twitter, Instagram or Telegram. Information on how to contact me is located in “Ways to contact me”, on the bottom of the page and in the above page links. 

 

*Consent- By ordering from me you are saying that you are either old enough to make your own choices on if you could buy a suit (18+) or you are saying that a parent or guardian has no problem with you ordering a fursuit from me. I must get permission from a parent is your under 18.

 

*Price- The price of your fursuit has been given to you. The price given includes material cost, shipping of your suit and work cost. The only ways the price will change is if you request adjustments which is described in the “Changing the character”, section. Another way it could change is if you move out of the country during the time your suit is being made or when its ready to ship. Shipping outside of the U.S. is more expensive so it raises the price. I accept payments on the suit as well instead of one big full payment at once.

 

*Payment plans- If you are making payments there is a 30% required down payment for me to start work on the suit. For whatever reason you choose to cancel your payments you only get parts of the suit the are worth how much you paid. You also still have to pay for shipping of the suit parts if you wish to get whatever you can. There are only two payment options unless negotiated otherwise. Option one is weekly payments, they must be within the week, and over $150 per payment. There's a +$5 fee for each missed payment unless told otherwise by me. Option two is biweekly, must be within two weeks, and over $300 per payment. There's a +$10 fee for each missed payment unless told otherwise by me.

 

*Shipping- Your fursuit will be shipped once it is fully finished and pictures of the suits completion have been taken. I only send the suit if it has been fully paid for. If any payments are still needed on the suit I will send it after the final payment has been made.

 

*Duct Tape Dummy- You are responsible in making sure the duck tape dummy is well put together. That includes making sure everything is taped and fits your body. If you duck tape dummy is falling apart while I'm making the body, it can result in your suit being the wrong sizes. I am not responsible if that happens so make sure you take your time and make the suit right. 

 

*Pausing a suits progress- If you can't make payments for a period two months and/or communication your order will be dropped and cancelled WITH NO REFUND OF ANY KIND.

 

*Behavior- If the customer is behaving uncivilized the order will be dropped. Some actions that display this behavior include  threatening text, cursing at me, downgrading me or my work (ex: My work isn't worth the money or I'm an awful maker), harassment, sending loads of messages consistently (Ex: 15 messages in 3 hours, for 5 days straight), rushing work on multiple occasions (more than 3 times, you are warned every time you do this), and other actions commonly known as rude. If your order is dropped you do not receive any refund! You get the items made that far and any extra fur and fabric ordered for your order specifically, that doesn't include any fur and/or fabric I already had in stock. You will also have to pay shipping to receive these items. Shipping must be paid within 2 weeks of being dropped or you also revoke the right to those items.
